Apparently you haven't received any gifts yet and I thought well darn it. You should have one. It was free. But it's still a gift.

Hi there Matilda,

How are you? Isn't the snow just beautifull. I traveled back from Brighton where I was doing a Scratch performance at the Nightingale. It took forever to get home with replacement buses and waiting at failed signals. Getting into Blackfrairs way passed the tubes closing and having to walk home with all the stuff from the performance. It was quiet magical, only a few cars and motorbikes stalled by the road, people talking to each other and actually talking. It was a blitz experience. I got to bed about 4am this morning. Now the world is stopped and white.

How about you?

As theatre makers we cannot help but be exposed to strong feelings and often those feelings manifest themselves in a negative way; that's the nature of being cathartic

Has anyone ever been victim to comments like 'nobody is following you, who's going to want to take part? It's over, forget it! How did you deal with it?
