In answer to the pubs question The Approach is good, just around the corner from York Hall on Approach Road - left out the building and then left again.

Is it opera? Is it music theatre? Is it musical theatre??
I'd be very interested in feedback from people in the performing arts regarding my project The Descent of Inanna. You can watch 8 short videos of the piece uploaded in my profile in this site. The performances are not staged, but musically performed by the Loft Ensemble and beautifully filmed by Steve Teers of Diva Pix.
What does your instinct say is the best description of this music? Or does it call for a new genre to describe it? Imagine it with dance as well! Then what would it be best described as? I have this continuing question in my mind when I am promoting this piece - how to best identify it.
My current description is dance opera musical
